Oil Transfer Direct Pump System - Optimal Solution
In certain applications, the filter pump on your fryer can transfer used cooking oil directly to the Cleanstar® unit. How does this solution work? We install a secure connection from the "waste oil disposal port" on the back of your fryer to our automated tank. Simply push a button to drain away used oil!
A direct pump system offers ZERO-GREASE-CONTACT from start to finish.
If direct pump is not an option at this time, we offer three additional ways to transfer used fryer oil. Our equipment experts are familiar with all fryer types and can help determine which one is best for you!
Oil Transfer Pump Station
Provides similar advantages of Direct Pump option. System consists of a pump and motor placed next to (or near) your fryer, eliminating the need to alter or connect directly to fryer unit. Available for use with any type of fryer.

Grease Transport Caddy
The specially designed quick connectors provide safe and easy transfer of used cooking oil from caddy into the storage tank. We have several grease transport caddy options to fit your fryer and oil capacity needs.
Standard caddy:
- 65 lbs. / 8.6 gal. used cooking oil capacity
- Carbon steel body measures: 27” L x 12” W x 9” H (stainless steel option available)
- 110 volt standard electric supply required
- Equipped with a powerful 1/3 HP motor and durable pump with hardened gears
- Compatible with liquid or solid shortening (heater optional)
Portable Filter Machine
Filter the solids from your fryer oil with the DAR PRO Portable Filter Machine, cleaning the oil to lengthen its life. The cart can also be used to transfer used cooking oil into your storage tank.
