About the Space Saver, formerly B.O.S.S. Space Saver

The Space Saver was our No. 1 installed tank in North America for 2021. Both its original and current design are for dual functionality that gives kitchens more storage room and takes up minimal additional space.

The Space Saver replaces a typical 4' shelf rack, retaining 70% of its storage space. The shelves are adjustable, and the tank can connect directly to your fryer, meaning that transferring oil from fryer to the tank is as easy as a single touch of a button.

The Space Saver also has proprietary anti-theft technology that only allows DAR PRO service vehicles to extract the oil inside the tank.

So, what’s new with the Space Saver tanks?

As far as its design, we had two different Space Saver models available for installation, including a taller model with a larger storage capacity and a shorter one for height restrictions.

Our new model is the best of both. The new dimensions create a sleeker tank while retaining the larger storage capacity. This will better help our customers fit our Space Saver tank into any kitchen footprint while reaping the benefits of the 1,488 lbs. storage capacity.

The Space Saver features a toll free service number and QR code for quick access to online training on tank use and any relevant documents related to the system and your account.

Who is this right for?

This large storage capacity is a perfect fit for kitchens that produce a high-volume of cooking oil as it accommodates their usage without the need for constant emptying of the tank and avoiding disruption of their daily kitchen operations.

About the Exterior Space Saver, Formerly Exterior B.O.S.S. Space Saver

Our exterior Space Saver took on the same name branding change. The tank, which sits just outside your building, is protected by a metal shed designed to protect your oil from grease theft and also includes additional space for a CO2 tank.

Who is this tank right for?

The Exterior Space Saver can hold 2250 lbs. of used cooking oil and rests just on the exterior of your building. The fully-enclosed system is a perfect fit for high-volume oil producers who lack the space for a tank within the confines of their kitchen. Access doors are capable of being placed on either side of the shed to inspect the unit and CO2 tank.

The tank is insulated and is equipped with a heater to preserve oil quality and prevent it from hardening when it freezes. The Exterior Space Saver offers multiple shed color options to match the exterior of the building.
